Real time replicas of your database in several servers so as to guarantee the continuity of the service. Moreover, a back up of your complete database is done everyday.
Deadline for interventions fixed by contract: an hour GTR from 8H00 to 8H00
All our resources are used in order to achieve an availability of mote than 99%.
The access to your database is done thanks to the INES Internet interface: all the exchanges between the different accesses and our servers are encrypted for SSL protocol via a 128 bits key. |
