IBM launched a massive communication campaign related to « On Demand » Business. From that moment on, several actors of IT market started to use the term « On Demand », « surfing » on that fashionable wave. Nowadays, we can say that INES offers ASP solutions, even though we prefer to talk about the use of INES depending on a specific subscription mode. However, we can also use the term « On Demand » because we are providing monthly subscriptions, adapted to each user and module. We have the objective of giving our users the possibility of having a solution according to their personal needs. Is INES a solution for the SMEs or corporations ?
INES is a global information system which includes a set of tools to manage the customer relationship and business. Thus, we know how to meet functional needs. The main target of INES.FullWeb solutions are the SMEs. Organizations with complex internal and operational processes are not our main target. However, INES is completely able to meet specific functional needs for any kind of organization. It is the case of marketing automation, sales forces automation, and contact management. For instance, one of our customers manages a company, which includes hundred of salesmen, with INES.SalesForce and INES.MarketingManager. Only a few big companies have such an important number of commercial resources.

How can I access my INES account when I am moving ?
You can access in real time wherever you are, using a fixed PC, laptop, Pocket PC with a GPRS connection, EDGE, 3G, Internet... We have developed an interface specially adapted to the Pocket PC screen format with the ergonomics of INES solutions. The access to your INES account via Pocket PC is included in your INES subscription. The access using mobile terminals(PDA/PPC/Smartphone) is made via a specific URL :

Does INES host my data in a secure server ?
Data is hosted in two safe hosts: COLT and LDCOM. This double hosting ensures an optimal security for your data. Each host guarantees servers supervision with regular back-ups, daily antivirus updates, firewalls. Your data is codified with SSL technology when you are sending it via Internet, so it is totally inaccessible to others. Each customer base is completely independent from others, guaranteeing confidentiality and safety for your data.
That is why, bases overlapping, or confusions between two customers' bases are not possible.
It is also possible to access to the applications completely protected via VPN telecom lines (VPN = Virtual Private Network), only for a few Euros per month.
We can also restrain the applications' access to a fixed IP address per user.
Keeping your data locally, you run the risk of losing data or being stolen: your laptop or Pocket PC can be easily stolen...There is only one access to your INES database: thus, it is impossible to have access simultaneously with the same connection parameters from two different places or from two different browsers. Each new connection automatically blocks the previous session if it is still open.

Does INES work with a thin customer ?
NO, INES is a Web application to which you can access by using an Internet browser. Those applications used to work with a thin customer require the installation of software on the station from which you want to access (customer's computer). This software has a reduced volume; that is why it is called "thin customer". However, if you want to have access to your application from another computer, you need to install the software again with possible technical problems that may happen (compatibility, safety).

What is INES privacy policy ?
INES respects the confidentiality of all the data hosted: we will not transmit your data to another company. However, the account administrator is responsible for choosing his partners and giving them the username and password.

Can I integrate INES to other applications, such as financial ones ?
Yes. Data can be easily imported from other tools and data bases in INES and it can be exported to other applications respecting industrial data exchange standards, too. That is the particular integration of INES solution with an existing commercial management and/or accounting software.

How does INES invoice me ?
INES sends invoices per user according to the functionalities that are used (modules). Either by the license mode with right of use adding a cost for annual maintenance (evolutive and corrective), or by the monthly subscription, per user, with a duration from 1 to 24 months.

How can I create a new INES account ?
By using the subscription mode, the system administrator can directly create an on-line account. This new account will be immediately activated.
Its invoice will be automatically created.
With a license mode, you have to place an order to INES and we will activate a new user according to the chosen functional modules.

What do I need to use INES ?
Just a web browser is required. Our customers use fixed (Internet by xDSL) or mobile connections (GPRS / EDGE / 3G) depending on the solutions provided by telecom operators.

Can I import existing data to INES applications ?
Yes. You can import data of your contacts using an Excel file. INES provides you a Template Excel (a sample sheet with predefined fields corresponding to the data you will find in INES). In that way, you will be able to organize the content of your file following the order of the Template's fields, so as to send it via e-mail. In the future, you will have the possibility of personally importing any additional file.
